Content & Community Support Coordinator

​​​​​​​Role Overview

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Content & Community Support Coordinator with exceptional writing skills to help us educate and support the embroidery community.

In this role, you'll divide your time between creating high-quality written content and engaging with our audience across social media. You'll write blog articles, update and improve existing content, repurpose educational material from our videos and courses, and ensure our community receives timely, helpful responses across all of our social platforms.

Strong blog writing and the ability to communicate educational topics in a clear, engaging way are essential for this role.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys writing, communicating with people, and helping a passionate online community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Blog Writing & Content Creation

• Write high-quality blog articles based on outlines, YouTube videos, workshops, and internal resources.


• Translate educational and technical topics into clear, engaging articles that provide real value to readers.


• Update and improve existing blog content for clarity, SEO, and accuracy.


• Repurpose YouTube videos, workshops, and other educational content into written articles.


• Work closely with our marketing team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and educational goals.


• Help maintain and expand our growing content library as new products and resources are released.

2. Social Media & Community Support

• Respond to comments and messages across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Skool, and other social platforms.


• Answer customer questions in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.


• Direct customers to the appropriate resources, products, or support articles.


• Escalate technical or complex questions to the appropriate team members when needed.


• Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and engaging presence across all of our online communities.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional written English, grammar, and communication skills.


• Excellent blog writing skills with the ability to create engaging, educational content. 


• Strong understanding of modern blog writing and SEO best practices.


• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, easy-to-understand way.


• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.


• Comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.


• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.


• Experience using AI tools to increase workflow efficiency


• Able to work independently while knowing when to ask questions.


• Interest in embroidery, sewing, crafting, or other creative hobbies is a plus.
