Contract Advisor - Oil & Gas (Saudi Arabia)

A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a knowledgeable Contract Advisor specializing in the Oil & Gas sector to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires expertise in contract negotiation, management, and compliance within the oil and gas industry. As a Contract Advisor, you will be instrumental in facilitating agreements that align with our clients' strategic objectives while ensuring legal and regulatory standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts related to oil and gas operations, ensuring all terms are clear and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Identify and manage risks associated with contracts while ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues as they arise.
• Provide training and support to team members on contract negotiation and management processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of contracts and related activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management outlining the status and performance of contracts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ of experience in contract management within the oil and gas sector.
• In-depth understanding of contract law and the legal implications of contracts in the industry.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to contract review and management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
