Control Systems/Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Control Systems Engineer who will join our Engineering team and help us execute on projects in multiple sectors including Oil & Energy, Semiconductor, Mining and others. You'll partner with senior team members and assist in completing programming and automation engineering solutions and tasks.

You should have decent experience with Process Control Systems, PLC programming, software development techniques, and maintain relevant knowledge about industry trends and new solutions. We also expect you to be interested in discovering and implementing new features.

• Analyze plant processes, design and implement improvements.
• Troubleshooting issues with hardware and processes.
• Plan preventative maintenance.
• Work with others to detect problems and implement solutions.
• Maintain quality and safety standards are upheld.



• Identifying areas that need process control optimization.

• Evaluating the efficiency of technologies, instruments, equipment, and tools.

• Driving process control innovation in collaboration with senior managers.

• Recommending suitable software solutions and automating processes.

• Keeping process control operations within budget without compromising quality and efficiency.

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Keeping abreast of developments and innovation in process control engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or in an industry-related field of specialization.

• Specialization in process control systems preferred.

  • Siemens - (Step 7, TIA Portal, PCS 7 etc), Allen Bradley, Rockwell etc.

• At least 2 years' experience in process control engineering in a related industry.

• Extensive industry-specific process control knowledge.

• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Superb analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Great organizational, time management, and record keeping skills.

• Ability to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations

• A true desire to learn, grow and improve alongside some of the best engineers in the field.
