Job Description - Corporate Communications Writer

Corporate Communications Writer | Luxury Safari Company | Cape Town

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Communications Writer for a luxury safari company based in Cape Town.

This role is ideal for a skilled communicator with a strong background in corporate writing, brand storytelling and content development within a premium or luxury environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality internal and external communications that reflect the brand's voice and uphold its luxury positioning.

Package

â¢ Salary: R50,000 â R54,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

â¢ Develop and write corporate communications across internal and external platforms

â¢ Create compelling brand-aligned content for reports, presentations and marketing materials

â¢ Ensure a consistent tone of voice across all communication channels

â¢ Support leadership with executive-level communication and messaging

â¢ Write and edit press releases, announcements and corporate updates

â¢ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency

â¢ Maintain high editorial standards across all written materials

â¢ Assist with storytelling initiatives that promote the brand and guest experience

Requirements

â¢ Proven experience in corporate communications, content writing or copywriting

â¢ Experience within luxury hospitality, travel or the safari industry advantageous

â¢ Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

â¢ Excellent understanding of brand tone and storytelling

â¢ Ability to write for both executive and customer-facing audiences

â¢ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

â¢ Relevant degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field

Ideal Candidate

â¢ Strong storyteller with a refined writing style

â¢ Experienced in luxury or premium brand communication

â¢ Able to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging content

â¢ Professional, creative and detail-oriented

â¢ Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment
