Corporate Employee Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base
  
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via your own networks and online platforms
  
• Marketing company products to both your own leads and those generated by their marketing team
  
• Selling the Employee Staff Cover product via their broker portal – providing follow up and support as required
  
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals
  
• Meeting with prospects as requested, in person and other channels such as Teams and Zoom etc.
  
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction to improve the customer value proposition
  
• Staying adaptable as responsibilities evolve with the company’s growth
  

Requirements

• RE5
  
• Undergraduate degree/diploma is advantageous
  
• Valid driver’s license and access to own reliable transport
  
• Minimum 1 -year long/short -term insurance sales experience
  
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets
  
• Business -to -business selling experience is essential
  
• Good fluency in English and Afrikaans
  

• Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and LinkedIn for networking and sales
  
• Skilled in sourcing leads independently and leveraging various channels to build a robust pipeline
