• Driving Strategy & Innovation: Develop and execute impactful CoE initiatives aligned with PDG's business objectives. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

• Building Strategic Relationships: Collaborate across diverse stakeholders, including Study Teams, PDQ, pRED, gRED, USM, and PDMA, to ensure cohesive alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.

• Leading Transformation: Oversee governance and successful delivery of initiatives that reimagine how clinical trials are executed, pushing boundaries and setting new benchmarks in operational effectiveness.

• Measuring Real Impact: Quantify and communicate the success of initiatives, from improving operational efficiency to accelerating innovation and decision-making that drive business impact.
