Country Trainer

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Country Trainer to train our Inspectors & Samplers in South Africa. This role is focused on training and assessing inspection and sampling personnel, ensuring they understand and apply the required procedures and methodologies. The Country Trainer will also monitor their progress and assess their learning, while promoting a culture of work behaviours that align with the company’s core values and ensure Alfred H Knight is delivering the best fit for purpose training that solidifies our reliability and standardisation of practices.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

To be successful at Alfred H Knight the incumbent will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Competencies

• Excellent Communicator


• Reliable when working independently

Required Qualifications

• Matric with Maths

• Chemistry or Operations Management Qualification will be an added advantage

Required work experience

• 2 years operational experience as an Inspector or Sampler
