  • Position Overview : As the Creative Director, you will drive our most ambitious and innovative campaigns. You will lead a talented team of creatives, mentoring and inspiring them to produce award-winning work. You will work closely with clients, strategists, and other departments to ensure cohesive, effective, and aligned campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and art directors.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

Creative Direction:

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of creative output.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance creative strategies.

Client Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign ideas, articulating the vision and strategy.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with the client’s brand identity and messaging.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop insightful creative briefs with strategists.
  • Oversee the development of concepts from ideation to final execution across multiple channels.
  • Ensure all work is strategically sound and aligns with campaign goals.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the production process to ensure the final product meets creative standards.

Award-Winning Excellence:

  • Aim to create work that is effective and recognized by the industry.
  • Support the submission of work to relevant awards and festivals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in an advertising agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of integrated advertising campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills with a track record of developing creative talent.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate client goals into compelling creative solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends in advertising, design, and digital media.
  • A few shiny awards are a bonus, demonstrating recognized creative excellence.
