Job Description - Creative Strategist

Place within Organisation

● Part of the Creative Team

● Works with a team of Traffic Managers, Creative Strategist, Creation Directors, Designers, Copy writers, Ad Developers and Client servicing teams.

● Works internally with all departments within the Creative Team, and in-market teams and externally with clients.

Incubeta operates with offices in various regions worldwide, and the creative team specifically is structured as a center of excellence for all things creative execution and delivery. The Creative Team works closely with representatives and client owners from all over the network. Our delivery teams are spread across the globe; we have a mix of in-office and virtual teams.

Overview of this role As a Creative Strategist at Incubeta’s Creative Team, you will be responsible for shaping and driving client creative effectiveness across multiple digital channels. You will oversee the development, adaptation, and localisation of creative assets across display, paid social, email content syndication, search and video, for key global and regional accounts, ensuring every deliverable aligns with marketing objectives, platform best practices and audience insights. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless creative workflow, working closely with media, project management and production teams to streamline asset delivery across global and regional campaigns. You will also leverage AI-powered creative insights, automation tools, and A/B testing frameworks to enhance creative performance, helping to maximise engagement, conversion rates and ROI for clients marketing investments.

As the strategic lead, you will act as the bridge between Incubeta’s creative, media and data teams and client internal stakeholders, ensuring that every creative output is measurable, scalable and aligned with client brand and business priorities. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution and performance-driven creativity, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume digital production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy | Innovation

● Develop and execute creative strategies that drive integrated performance across digital, social, programmatic display and email marketing assets

● Collaborate with creative colleagues, client partners and Incubeta’s internal teams to tailor creative assets for different markets while ensuring consistency in branding and messaging

● Identify opportunities for creative innovation, leveraging AI, automation and personalisation to optimise campaign effectiveness

Transcreation | Market Adaptation

● Guide the transcreation and market adaptation processes when applicable, ensuring creative is culturally relevant and locally engaging

● Work closely with linguists, designers and copywriters to refine messaging, visual storytelling and creative execution across all markets

● Oversee the quality control of localised assets, ensuring alignment with clients brand guidelines and tone of voice

Creative Effectiveness | Data-Driven Optimisation

● Partner with media, analytic and adtech teams to develop data-informed creative strategies that improve engagement, conversion and ROI

● Conduct creative performance reviews, analysing insights from A/B tests, DCO, and audience engagement metrics

● Implement best practices to ensure assets meet platform-specific requirements while maintaining creative impact

Stakeholder Management

● Work alongside Project Managers, Account Directors and Creative teams to streamline workflows, meet deadlines and optimise resource allocation

● Act as the Strategy lead in client discussions, ensuring stakeholders understand the rationale behind creative decisions and performance insights

● Maintain seamless communication between global and local market teams to ensure effective implementation of creative strategies

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years in a Creative Strategy, Digital Marketing or Performance Creative role Proven experience working on multi-market campaigns, ideally—but not limited to—B2B tech brands, Saas or enterprise marketing Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Programmatic Display, Social, CRM, Email, etc.) Experience with transcreation and localization in global marketing contexts Understanding of performance marketing, creative testing and AI-driven creative solutions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
