Job Title:-  Credit Control Administrator

Site:-          Cape Town, South Africa

The purpose of this role is:-

To support billing governance across global entities by reviewing and releasing invoices, managing customer portal submissions, administering invoice disputes, and helping resolve billing differences. The role supports accurate billing, strong audit trails, and improved cashflow.

What you will do:-

• Review and manage invoices


• Ensure invoices are released and issued in line with internal billing timelines


• Submit invoices via M&S customer portals and maintain evidence of submission


• Monitor portal status and resolve rejections


• Accurately log and track invoice disputes in line with company policy


• Liaise with Operations and Sales regarding billing queries


• Support multi-entity and multi-currency billing processes


• Assist with identification of billing differences/errors


• Support Credit Control and work collaboratively to minimise aged billing and prevent avoidable overdue debt


• Maintain accurate billing records and audit trails


• Support month-end billing checks, reconciliations, and internal reporting

What you will bring:-

You will have previous experience in Accounts Receivable or billing administration and understand billing governance and invoicing processes. Methodical and process driven, you will have strong IT and systems knowledge and experience of using customer invoicing portals or web-based platforms. The successful candidate will have high attention to detail and accuracy, along with strong administrative and organisational skills, they will be calm under pressure and able to manage high invoice volumes, meeting deadlines. Experience of working with cross-functional teams and supporting dispute logging or invoice query processes are essential along with strong written and verbal communication skills and an ownership mindset. The successful candidate will be customer-focused with a professional manner.

Experience of working in multi-currency or multi-entity environments or a logistics, freight forwarding or global service environment are desirable but not essential. AAT or similar finance qualifications are also desirable.

The candidate needs to live in commuting distance to our Cape Town office.
