Working Hours (UK Hours): Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm / Friday: 9:00am – 3:30pm
Flexible lunch break between 12:00pm – 2:00pm

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and detail -oriented Credit Controller to join a growing finance team based in Century City. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast -paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with clients, and has a proactive approach to managing accounts and collections.
You will take ownership of your own ledger and play a key role in ensuring healthy cash flow through effective credit control practices and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain your own customer ledger.
Chase outstanding debt and ensure timely collection of payments.
Process and allocate incoming payments accurately within the finance system.
Set up and manage payment terms on the Invoice Finance (IF) platform.
Monitor customer credit limits and conduct regular credit checks.
Handle inbound and outbound payment -related queries professionally.
Liaise with customers to resolve outstanding account issues.
Work closely with the Invoice Finance provider to resolve queries and discrepancies.
Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure smooth account management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Credit Controller or similar accounts receivable role.
Experience working within a technology recruitment company, recruitment agency, or international recruitment environment.
Strong working knowledge of Xero is essential.
Good understanding of general finance and accounting processes.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
Excellent communication and relationship -building skills.
Comfortable liaising directly with clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
