The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience within a similar role.You will be responsible for:Monthly creditors’ reconciliationsSorting out supplier queriesCommunication with supplier reps and sorting out supplier issuesConfirm that rebates and discounts are deducted as per trading agreements with suppliersAdditional recons as requiredAssisting with matchingFiling reconsCapture sundry supplier expense invoicesPayment preparationsCapturing all new suppliersUpdating all existing suppliers’ detailsEnsuring that all accounts are handed to Debtors Clerk for recoveriesTermination and application of supplier servicesEnsuring that the accounts is updated and correct at all timesPayment executionAccurate capturing, reconciling and preparing of payment packs of all Account Payable invoices for a specific set of Entities and Properties on MDAAssemble, review and verify invoices and check requestsLiaise with service providers & municipalitiesLoading of payments and beneficiaries on the BankMeeting Monthly capturing and Payment deadlinesCapturing of Tenant recoveriesAssist with financial aspects of material or difficult tenant queries requiring investigation and solvingResponsible for the Office administration involving the management of cleaning staff, ordering of cleaning supplies, stationery, office supplies, printer servicing and generally the smooth running of the officePreparation of petty cash and credit card recons for review by Portfolio ManagerFleet reporting and management of vehicle bookings, inspections, servicing and reportsResponsible for travel booking requests and submission for approval for Operations staffQualifications:Matric/Grade 12 CertificateDiploma / Certificate will be adv.2-3 Years accounting / finance experience (Creditors, Debtors, Bookkeeping)Working knowledge of: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)MDA Computer literate will be adv.Skills:Good communication skills and able to work well with a diverse team (Afrikaans & English)Deadline orientated and work well under pressureAttention to detailExcellent time management skillsPositive and assertive attitudeA good team playerAbility to work both independently and in a teamSolid understanding of bookkeeping and account receivable & payable principalsComputer skills including the ability to operate computerised accounting spreadsheets in Excel and the ability to work on MDA will be highly recommendedIf you are interested in this opportunity, apply with your most recent resume & supporting documents or give us a call.Please note should you not receive a response from us within 7 working days; kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
