Job Description - Creditors Clerk (maternity cover contract) - MDA experience essential

4 Month contract role. Must have MDA system and PROPERTY experience. Must be available IMMEDIATELY.
The main purpose of this position is to capture all invoices to MDA, reconciliations, reporting etc.

  • Capturing all invoices for
    payments to MDA including all disbursements and council payments (AOD)
    etc – ALL suppliers
  • Loading to bank
  • Executions
  • Reconciliation of supplier age
    analysis to MDA and the supplier statements
  • Weekly projection for MSL
  • Monthly collation of supplier
    payment 
  • Escalation to Management if
    there are no funds available to make payment
  • Communication with suppliers
    wrt to payment/non payment

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 5
    years creditors experience
  • ​MDA
    system experience
