Longdue is a narrative-first game studio building rich, emotional RPGs that challenge players’ expectations. We’re a remote team of writers, artists, designers, and engineers, bringing together talent from across the industry to push the boundaries of story-driven games.

Longdue sits within the wider HyperionDev ecosystem. HyperionDev is one of the largest online coding bootcamp providers in EMEA, with headquarters in Cape Town and London. Through partnerships with leading universities such as the University of Edinburgh and Stellenbosch University, HyperionDev delivers tech education to students across more than 40 countries, helping bridge the global tech skills gap through mentorship-led, practical learning.
Backed by Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google, and originally launched from the University of Cambridge, HyperionDev has grown into a globally recognised edtech company with a mission to expand access to high-quality tech education. Being part of this ecosystem gives Longdue a strong foundation while remaining creatively independent and focused on building something original.
This role sits across the Longdue and HyperionDev ecosystem.
The primary focus will be within HyperionDev, working on CRM and conversion across a large volume of inbound registrations. Alongside this, there will be opportunities to support Longdue as we begin to build out our own audience and community.
You’ll be operating in a high-performing, data-rich environment, while also being close to a studio at the very beginning of its journey.
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to own and improve how we convert interest into enrolments.
HyperionDev generates a high volume of inbound registrations each month. The opportunity is not at the top of the funnel, it’s in how we engage, qualify, and guide those leads through to a decision.
You’ll focus on the mid-funnel, building journeys, improving segmentation, and ensuring the right message reaches the right person at the right time.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with marketing, admissions, and engineering to turn intent into conversion.
