Job Description - CRM - Transformation Analyst (Zoho proficient)

CRM - Transformation Analyst (Hybrid) - Cape Town

The primary purpose of this role is to maximise the value of Ten’s enterprise CRM (Zoho) by tightening system usage, improving data quality, increasing adoption across multiple teams, and translating business needs into effective system configurations, workflows and reporting.

This is a hands‑on CRM ownership and enablement role with a strong commercial and technical bias.

As CRM maturity and adoption improves, the role is expected to gradually shift towards a greater contribution to process improvement, automation and transformation projects.

This role is not purely strategic and not purely technical — it requires someone who is comfortable operating in the detail, engaging stakeholders daily, and actively driving behavioural change across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM ownership, enablement & optimisation:

  • Own the day‑to‑day performance and effectiveness of our Zoho CRM
  • Work with multiple teams to understand requirements and improve usability
  • Configure workflows, automations, pipelines, dashboards and reports
  • Drive consistent adoption, data quality and system discipline across the business
  • Monitor usage and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Stakeholder engagement:

  • Act as a key point of contact between the business and the CRM
  • Translate business needs into practical system solutions
  • Support training, guidance and upliftment of CRM capability
  • Confidently challenge behaviours and drive change where needed

Commercial insight & reporting:

  • Analyse CRM and related commercial data to generate meaningful insights
  • Support decision‑making through clear reporting, dashboards and KPIs

Transformation & automation:

  • Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency (low‑code, data‑driven, AI‑enabled where relevant)
  • Support analytics and reporting that enable better operational outcomes
  1. Proven experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho advantageous, but not essential)
  2. Strong understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, automations and reporting
  3. High level of technical aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly
  4. Confident stakeholder engagement and change‑driving capability
  5. Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  6. Exposure to process improvement, automation or transformation work is a plus

Tools & skills that are advantageous:

  • Zoho CRM / Zoho One (or Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar
  • Power Automate, Python or low‑code automation tools
