CRUISE SHIP ATTENDANTS

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with their luggage onboard the cruise ship
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about the ship's facilities and services
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting and delivering luggage to and from guest rooms
Provide information and directions to guests, including recommendations for on-board activities and excursions
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized lobby and luggage storage area
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest service
Adhere to all safety and security procedures and report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel
