Your Role

• Support customers through
  live chat and digital communication channels
  
• Deliver professional,
  empathetic, and solution -driven customer service
  
• Assist customers with
  queries while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  
• Handle sensitive situations
  calmly and professionally
  
• Follow internal procedures
  and escalate concerns where necessary
  
• Maintain high service
  standards and customer satisfaction levels
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Matric / Grade 12 essential
  
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
  in a contact centre environment
  
• Strong live chat support
  experience is essential
  
• Excellent written
  communication and typing skills
  
• Strong interpersonal and
  problem -solving abilities
  
• Ability to multitask in a
  fast -paced environment
  
• Comfortable working
  rotational UK shifts between 09:00 and 24:00
