The Role
As Customer Experience Executive, you will support day -to -day customer communications
and outreach activities, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and aligned with
brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
â Manage customer inquiries via email and chat, delivering personalised, solution -
focused responses
â Provide clear skincare guidance and product recommendations based on customer
concerns
â Potential future involvement in phone -based customer support
Customer Experience Support
â Gather feedback from customers and partners to help inform internal improvements
â Assist in maintaining high service standards across all touchpoints
Clinical Study Assistance
â Support the sourcing and coordination of participants for consumer and clinical
studies
Professional Outreach
â Assist with outreach to dermatologists and skincare professionals to explore potential
collaboration opportunities
Creator & Community Coordination
â Identify and engage creators for reviews, testimonials, and user -generated content
â Support community -building initiatives and relationship management
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
â A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
â Highly organised with strong attention to detail
â Experienced in customer support, outreach, community, or coordination roles
â Comfortable learning new systems and tools (training provided)
â Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
â Genuinely interested in skincare and willing to develop strong product knowledge
Requirements
â 1+ year of experience in Customer Outreach
â 2+ years of experience in Customer Experience or customer -facing roles
Desirable:
Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, or similar customer experience platforms (please
highlight clearly in your CV).
