Your mission as a Customer Manager

At Epiroc, our Parts & Service Division keeps our customers' operations running long after the machines are sold. As Customer Manager, you'll own the growth of our Parts & Services offering across your territory deepening existing accounts, winning new business, and connecting customers to the solutions that keep them productive. What you’ll do

• Drive year-on-year growth in market share, customer share, revenue and profitability for Epiroc's Parts & Services division across your territory.


• Market and promote the full suite of Parts, Services and Products to customers, converting new business opportunities into sustainable revenue and profit.


• Build close collaboration with PSD colleagues, capital and cross-divisional teams, the Mining & Partner team, and global product and marketing structures to maximise growth potential.


• Provide sales support to internal and external customers, including equipment, operator and service audits, training needs, and part-engineering communication.


• Develop an in-depth understanding of market trends and gather market intelligence on competitors, products and customers to inform future decisions.


• Manage consignment stock warehouses, stocking request applications and CES kit / major-component production through available planning and forecasting tools.


• Maintain the Epiroc equipment and fleet-management databases, implement and monitor company pricing policy, and manage customer creditworthiness and account receivables.


• Use the CRM (Salesforce) for customer information sharing and ensure the Market-to-Customer IMS process is followed across all activities.

What you’ll bring

• A university degree in mining, technology or engineering (preferred), or equivalent field experience; alternatively Grade 12 with a suitable trade qualification.


• 5 to 10 years' relevant sales experience in the mining and construction industry.


• Considerable sales, marketing and technical knowledge of Epiroc Parts & Service or related products.


• Commercial or business acumen (an advantage).


• High proficiency in MS Office — especially Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.


• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in English.


• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
