About the Role


We are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our frontline support team. In this role, you will assist customers using a leading food delivery platform, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently and that every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression.


Your ability to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet, and communicate clearly will be key to your success.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner

  • Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and mobile app usage

  • Provide accurate information regarding delivery timelines, item availability, and platform promotions

  • Liaise with internal teams, including logistics and third-party partners, to resolve customer concerns

  • Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes within internal systems

  • Escalate unresolved issues with clarity and urgency, ensuring proper follow-through

  • Identify recurring issues impacting customer satisfaction and share insights with team leads




What You Bring



  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer service role, preferably within a high-volume or on-demand environment (e.g., e-commerce, retail, logistics, or food delivery)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to remain composed under pressure

  • Tech-savviness, with the ability to navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously

  • A genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
