Job Description - Customer Service Brand Ambassador Expert (Boomerang BAE)

Our client is a well -known and reputable South African brand, and we are looking for passionate, customer -focused individuals to join our team as Boomerang BAEs (Brand Ambassador Experts).

As a Boomerang BAE, you will represent the brand across an omni -channel environment, delivering exceptional service to South African customers while living our Boomerang values of professionalism, respect, integrity, being target -driven, and having fun while we win.

As a Boomerang Brand Ambassador Expert, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels including calls, emails, and multimedia chats
  • Act as a trusted brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s values and tone
  • Professionally handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations, aiming for effective first -time resolution
  • Multitask efficiently in a fast -paced, high -volume environment
  • Consistently meet and exceed service and performance targets
  • Work collaboratively while maintaining high standards of integrity, accountability, and respect


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar customer service role (local or international clientele)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proven experience working in an omni -channel environment (calls, emails, chats)
  • Experience handling customer escalations
  • Strong multitasking and problem -solving abilities
  • A friendly, professional, and “can -do” attitude
  • Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification
  • A clear criminal and credit record
  • Experience working shifts on a 7 -day rotational schedule
  • Flexibility and reliability, including willingness to work weekends

Working Hours

  • Shifts are rostered Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00
  • Weekend work is required as part of the rotational schedule
