Customer Service Consultant UK Campaign

Location: Cape Town CBD (Office-Based)
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, aligned to UK business hours)

About the Role

Our client, a global leader in customer experience solutions, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Consultants to join their UK campaign team.

If you have at least 6 months of international call centre experience and enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone.


• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.


• Accurately capture customer information and interactions.


• Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.


• Build positive relationships with customers while representing the brand.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 6 months' international call centre experience (voice).


• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.


• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.


• Comfortable working rotational shifts aligned to UK hours, Monday–Sunday.


• Ability to work full-time from the Cape Town CBD office.
