As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play an important role in creating positive experiences by providing professional, accurate, and timely support across multiple channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately document customer interactions on the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service processes and improve the overall customer experience.
• Consistently deliver a high standard of customer service.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• 1–2 years’ experience in an International Contact Centre.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work night shift hours, including weekends.
• Ability to work on-site and commute to our premises in Wynberg
