Position: Customer Service Representative – German + English

Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts
Salary & Benefits: R20,000 – R25,000/month + benefits

Relocation Support:

• 1x local flight to Durban prior to start date

• 20 nights accommodation covered 

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential

• Fluency in German and English

• Strong customer service skills and adaptability to shift work

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries for an online retail client via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve issues in line with company guidelines and KPIs
• Provide excellent service to maintain customer satisfaction
