Job Description - Customer Success Consultant (RAMS)

We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Customer Success Consultant with strong rental experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property management and software solutions, and eager to help our clients succeed by understanding and using our tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build deep knowledge of WeconnectU’s product offerings to support and guide clients effectively
  • Deliver product training and support to clients tailored to their unique business needs
  • Promote software adoption by helping clients explore and apply solution capabilities
  • Provide expert advice based on rental industry knowledge and software best practices
  • Handle and interpret large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify client needs and product improvement opportunities
  • Strong rental property management experience
  • Sound understanding of rental legislation and basic accounting principles (beneficial)
  • Proven technical aptitude to learn and explain software functionalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Ability to train and educate clients effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Self-driven, able to manage time and priorities independently
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to change Passion for staying current with technology trends and industry developments
