Job Summary 

We are looking for a high-caliber Client Success Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a rapidly growing creative agency. Our team is at the forefront of the AI revolution, producing hyper-realistic digital clones for high-profile business owners to scale their social media presence. As we expand, we need a seasoned professional to take full ownership of the client journey. This isn’t a support role; it is a leadership position where you will bridge the gap between clients and our production team, and build the processes that will define our future. If you are an experienced CSM who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and is excited by AI-driven content, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary, proactive point of contact for all clients via WhatsApp, Slack, and email, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
  • Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, setting clear expectations and establishing trust from day one.
  • Manage high-volume content delivery schedules, coordinating between internal virtual assistants, editors, and copywriters to meet deadlines.
  • Perform rigorous quality control on all AI-generated video outputs to ensure brand consistency and technical excellence before delivery.
  • Oversee social media scheduling across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and create SOPs to move the business toward a more mature, scalable infrastructure.
  • Proactively monitor account health, identifying and resolving potential retention risks before they escalate.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Delivery Manager, specifically within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Exceptional professional English (written and spoken) with the ability to manage client expectations with authority and empathy.
  • High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.
  • Technical comfort and curiosity; you must be willing to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
  • A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate client concerns independently.
  • Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
  • Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.
  • Experience working directly with founders in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
  • Background in personal branding or social media strategy for professional sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Medical, Finance).
