Job Description - Customer Success Representative

We are looking for a: Customer Success Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional customer experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where their problem-solving skills and communication prowess shine.

Responsibilities for this role are:
  • Professionally handle incoming calls, emails & chats from customers and ensure that issues are resolved timeously and efficiently.
  • Direct calls, emails & chats, including requests and unresolved issues, to the relevant department or resource when needs be.
  • Meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and capacity targets.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
  • Capture notes in the CRM system to provide customers with a more personalised experience.
  • Continuously find ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Own customer queries from start to finish - go above and beyond to make their day!


Requirements

The ideal person for this role has:
  • Experience and Education
  • A minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar position
  • Tertiary qualification is preferred
  • Skills and Traits
  • Self-starter with a passion and knack for being a people's person
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Computer literate/tech savvy
  • Organised with a can-do attitude
  • Strong work ethic and target driven
