About the Role

NxaTel is looking for a driven and customer-focused Customer Success Sales Associate to manage and grow our existing customer base.

This role focuses on customer relationship management, renewals, upselling, onboarding, product adoption, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to ensure they receive excellent service while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and improve retention.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, visiting customers, and contributing to sales growth within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.


  • Drive customer retention, renewals, upgrades, and upselling opportunities.


  • Conduct field visits and attend to walk-in customers.


  • Support customer onboarding and product adoption.


  • Manage customer tickets, service queries, disputes, and escalations.


  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.


  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and Service Delivery teams.


  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and account growth.


  • Maintain accurate customer records and updates within CRM systems.


  • Assist customers with understanding and using NxaTel products and services.



Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, account management, or customer success.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.


  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.


  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.


  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems is advantageous.


  • Valid driver’s license is advantageous.
