About the Role

We are hiring an entry-level Customer Support Representative to assist UK-based clients with customer queries and support requests. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for South African candidates — no experience required, as all training is provided. If you are a great communicator who loves helping people, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone for UK clients

• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems

• Provide product and service information to customers

• Meet response time and quality targets set by the team

Requirements

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude

• Basic computer literacy

• No prior experience required — full training provided

• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
