A rapidly expanding international customer experience company is looking for a fluent Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their remote team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide professional and friendly support to Dutch-speaking customers across multiple channels
• Handle customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, product information, refunds, and account support
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience
• Respond to customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social platforms
• Ensure all customer records and case notes are updated accurately
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
• Identify recurring customer issues and contribute ideas for service improvements
• Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism in every interaction
• Meet individual quality standards and productivity goals

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in customer service, support, hospitality, retail, or contact centre environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• Confident using online systems, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools
• Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office setup

Working Hours

• Flexible rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Netherlands time)
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis
