• Monitor e-commerce sales performance using Shopify Reporting, Amazon Seller Central Reporting, and web analytics tools like TripleWhale/Northbeam.
• Utilize Google Sheets or Excel to create reports, pivot tables, vlookups, etc., to maintain organized information.
• Track various e-commerce metrics such as website traffic, ad spend by marketing channel, and customer reviews to evaluate business health.
• Collect Customer Service Reporting feedback and collaborate with operations to ensure task execution.
• Maintain client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reporting/Data Analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Capacity to articulate large amounts of information in a simple, organized manner.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
