Responsibilities
Live Monitoring: Continuously track agent activity through the workforce management system, observing login/logout times, call duration, breaks, and current status against their scheduled plan.
Alerting and Escalation: Trigger notifications when agents deviate significantly from their schedule, including long breaks, excessive time on hold, or unexpected absences, and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
Real-time Adjustments: Proactively make adjustments to agent schedules based on live call volume fluctuations, such as re-assigning tasks, extending breaks, or bringing in additional agents to handle surges.To apply please forward cv to ; [email protected]
