DATA CAPTURER / CALL CENTER AGENTS

As a Call Centre Agent, you'll play a crucial role in engaging with clients in a telesales environment. You'll be the voice that represents our brand—offering support, providing product knowledge, and creating a top-tier customer experience. Interact directly with the member/s to sell the company's products and benefits/services. Making phone calls to contact prospective members.

Your responsibilities will include:
Communicating with clients via phone in a professional and engaging manner.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Resolving customer queries and issues effectively.
Accurately logging calls and maintaining records.
