Location: Durbanville, Cape Town
Contract Duration: November 2026 (One month only)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00
Remuneration: R5,000 for the month

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Capturer with proven experience using Sage to assist with capturing and maintaining bookkeeping records for a one-month contract during November 2026.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with Sage accounting software and have experience capturing book-related financial or administrative information accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and update financial and bookkeeping information on Sage.


• Ensure all data is entered accurately and timeously.


• Verify information and identify any discrepancies or missing details.


• Maintain organised and accurate electronic records.


• Assist with general administrative and data-capturing duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience using Sage is essential.


• Experience in data capturing, bookkeeping or financial administration.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good organisational and time-management skills.


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


• Must be available to work on-site in Durbanville from 08:00 to 12:00 throughout November 2026.
