Position: Data Processing Clerk

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Data Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing large volumes of data. You will work closely with our data analysts and clients to ensure that the data is entered, organized, and analyzed in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process large volumes of data accurately and efficiently

- Organize and maintain data in a structured manner

- Work closely with data analysts to ensure data is entered and analyzed correctly

- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors

- Communicate with clients to gather and clarify data requirements

- Generate reports and presentations based on processed data

- Implement and maintain data quality control procedures

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data processing techniques

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data processing or a related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data processing software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques is a plus
