Purpose of the role:

The Data Processing Executive plays a critical role in delivering structured, high-quality, analysis-ready data across global markets

You will take ownership of complex, multi-market datasets, ensure rigorous quality control, support data governance standards, and contribute to automation and operational efficiency initiatives. There will be opportunities to streamline processing workflows, maintain documentation and structured operating procedures and mentor junior team members and review outputs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Quality

• Own post-fieldwork data validation and cleaning


• Identify routing, quota, and logic inconsistencies


• Apply structured cleaning frameworks and document decisions


• Ensure datasets meet governance and version control standards


• Support change control processes across trackers and multi-wave studies

Data Preparation & Transformation

• Merge, restructure multi-market datasets


• Create derived variables and recodes aligned to reporting specs


• Manage multi-response (0/1) sets, weighting, and significance testing


• Manipulate and clean SPSS data


• Prepare datasets for client ingest

Tabulation & Reporting

• Build and validate client-ready tabulations


• Produce grouped responses, nets, rankings and statistical testing


• Ensure consistency across waves and markets


• Deliver high-quality Excel outputs to consultancy teams

Skills & Abilities

• Minimum 2 years’ data processing experience


• Strong understanding of survey logic, quotas, weighting and statistical testing


• Experience working on trackers or multi-market studies


• Proven ability to manage deadlines in high-volume environments

Platform & Tool Expertise

Data Collection Platforms (essential):

• Decipher (Forsta), Dimensions, Qualtrics, ConfirmIT or similar platforms

Data & Statistical Tools (essential):

• SPSS


• Advanced Excel

Tabulation Software (at least one of):

• Quantum, Merlin, Q Research Software, SPSS or Equivalent Tabulation platforms
