Job Duties:
⢠Manage legal accounts and final notice tickets.
⢠Prepare and submit account handover files, including processing journals and updating debt collection systems.
⢠Ensure all handover information is accurate, complete and up to date.
⢠Resolve information discrepancies promptly.
⢠Communicate with customers and third party collections agency when required.
⢠Monitor and track payments received by RSAWEB and legal partners for handed-over accounts.
⢠Perform account reconciliations as needed.
⢠Issue final demand letters where applicable and negotiating payment plans when needed.
⢠Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
