An established and growing restaurant brand is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Hub Coordinator to oversee all third-party delivery platform activity. This role also includes light social media support and offers a great opportunity to work closely with marketing and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate restaurant listings across third-party delivery platforms such as Mr D, Uber Eats, and Yumbi.
• Ensure all menus, pricing, and promotions are accurately uploaded and maintained on all delivery platforms.
• Act as the first point of contact for resolving any issues or queries from delivery partners.
• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., order volumes, delivery times, ratings) to identify and implement improvements.
• Assist in scheduling social media content, replying to customer queries, and supporting promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across delivery and digital platforms.
• Stay informed of platform updates, features, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role within the restaurant, retail, or digital marketing space.
• Familiarity with delivery platforms (Mr D, Uber Eats, Yumbi) preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating web-based systems and dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
• Ability to work from our Midrand office with some flexibility as needed.
