Job Description - Demand Generation Specialist - Fuel FinTech Growth with Delta-v - R360k/annum

We’re growing fast, and with that comes a brand-new opportunity to take ownership of demand generation campaigns for high-growth FinTech companies across the globe. This role is all about supporting the full campaign lifecycle – from onboarding new clients to optimising outbound performance.

About Delta-V

Founded in 2020, Delta-v partners with international FinTech startups to accelerate their sales growth. We build and manage outsourced SDR teams that integrate directly into our clients’ sales organisations. Our people are top-tier sales talent, equipped with the best tools, training, and support. Based in Claremont, Cape Town, our culture is built on achievement, learning, autonomy, and transparency.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting client onboarding: project plans, workshop scheduling, agendas, and campaign playbooks
  • Writing compelling sales copy and content that turns into qualified meetings
  • Building buyer persona data and managing outbound messaging templates
  • Coordinating mini-campaigns and messaging updates
  • Driving campaign optimisation through data collection and improvements
  • Contributing to Delta-v’s inbound demand generation (blogs, social media, webinars)
  • A university degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years’ marketing experience
  • Background in B2B marketing (ideally lead or demand generation)
  • Strong copywriting skills, with proven results in conversion-focused B2B content (email, ads, social)
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas in clear written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn about new products, markets, and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
