Digital & Social Media Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital & Social Media Designer to join our team. This role is primarily focused on social media and digital campaign design, with approximately 70% of the work centered around creating engaging digital content for online platforms, and 30% supporting print media and publishing requirements.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, brand consistency and creating high-quality visual content that performs well across social and digital channels. This role is focused on graphic design for social media and digital campaigns rather than motion graphics or video production.

• Collaborate with the Senior Designer and project teams to understand briefs and develop creative visual solutions aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity.
• Design high-quality static digital content for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, presentations, web banners and promotional materials.
• Adapt and roll out approved campaign concepts across multiple digital platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
• Prepare mock-ups and present creative concepts to stakeholders for review and approval.
• Edit and amend artwork according to stakeholder feedback and obtain final signoff before release.
• Ensure all artwork is supplied in the correct format, size and colour specifications for digital and print production.
• Work closely with internal departments to extend campaign concepts across additional marketing materials and communication channels.
• Support website content design and basic website updates where required.
• Assist with print media, publishing layouts and collateral production as needed.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working within tight deadlines and production schedules.

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or a related creative field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a graphic design or digital design role.
• Strong experience designing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of website content design and updates.
• Experience with print media and publishing layout design advantageous.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social media and campaign design work.
• Excellent communication, time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency across digital platforms.
