Our client, a well-established operator in the iGaming and Sports Betting sector, is looking for a Digital Designer who understands the pace, pressure, and precision this industry demands. If you can translate betting-led campaigns, promotions, and product messaging into bold, compliant, high-performing digital creative, youll fit right in.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing performance, brand consistency, and user engagement—where creative decisions directly impact acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Translating marketing briefs, promotional strategies, and product campaigns into compelling digital creative
Designing conversion-focused assets for sports betting and iGaming campaigns across web, app, mobile, email, and social platforms
Producing high-impact creatives including GIFs, carousels, stills, and motion-based assets
Creating responsive, mobile-first designs aligned to player behaviour and platform usage
Designing and animating video content for digital and social channels
Supporting promotional calendars, major sporting events, and campaign bursts
Developing and maintaining brand and campaign design guidelines
Building campaign toolkits to ensure consistent execution across all betting and gaming channels
Collaborating closely with marketing, CRM, product, and compliance stakeholders
Staying ahead of iGaming design trends, promotional mechanics, and industry best practices
Continuously improving design efficiency, quality, and creative output
Minimum 2 years experience in a digital design role, ideally within iGaming, sports betting, gaming, or a fast-paced agency environment
A strong digital portfolio showcasing campaign-led, performance-driven creative
High proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Angular / React advantageous)
Strong understanding of digital and social media formats, particularly in regulated environments
Solid grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first principles
Clear understanding of online sports betting and/or online gaming mechanics
Exceptional attention to detail—non-negotiable in a regulated industry
Ability to deliver consistently under pressure, to tight deadlines, and around major sporting events
You understand that in iGaming, speed, accuracy, and compliance matter as much as creativity
You take ownership and accountability for your work
Youre commercially aware and performance-driven
You collaborate easily but dont need hand-holding
You thrive in environments where priorities shift quickly
