Purpose of this Role
To take a technical lead role in the delivery of digital transformation initiatives, operating as a core member of a Both& Delivery Pod. This role owns the end -to -end engineering of digital solutions, from facilitating process discovery and requirements gathering through to configuring, developing, and deploying scalable low -code and no -code technology solutions. The Digital Engineer is equally accountable for the adoption of what they build, ensuring that technology delivers measurable ROI for clients and for Both&. This role sits at the intersection of Process (30%), Technology (30%), People (25%), and Financial (15%) accountability, and candidates must be genuinely capable and motivated across all four dimensions.
