Job Description - Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on developing, implement and optimise the Group’s digital marketing ecosystem, including website management, SEO, paid media, social media, creative content, analytics and digital stakeholder engagement, to generate qualified leads, strengthen brand presence and improve digital performance.
Digital Marketing
Execute approved digital marketing plans across websites, paid media, social media, email and content channels.
Coordinate digital campaign activities
Ensure all digital activity aligns with approved brand guidelines, campaign objectives and business priorities.
Track digital leads through lead management systems and support the sales team with enquiry conversion insights.
Monitor online reputation, comments and reviews, escalating risks and coordinating timely, brand-aligned responses.

Google Ads & Paid Media
Manage and maintain company websites and CMS content.
Update website copy, residence information, pricing, promotions, forms and landing pages.
Apply SEO best practice to improve content structure, metadata and search visibility.
Monitor website functionality, performance, user experience and enquiry pathways.
Coordinate website improvements, fixes and enhancements with relevant suppliers or internal stakeholders.
Social Media & Community Management
Set up, manage, monitor and optimise Google Search, Display, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns.
Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research to support campaign execution.
Monitor budgets, conversions and campaign performance against agreed targets.
Implement tracking requirements in collaboration with relevant suppliers where needed.
Manage official social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Develop, schedule and publish social content in line with approved content calendars.
Monitor comments, inboxes, enquiries and audience engagement across platforms.
Quality-check residence social media pages and support Digital Ninjas with brand-aligned posting guidance.
Track platform performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
Content Creation & Digital Publishing
Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for websites, social media, emailers and campaign material.
Create basic digital assets using approved templates and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Coordinate photography, video or design requirements with agencies, suppliers or internal stakeholders where specialist production is required.
Maintain content calendars, campaign messaging, and digital asset libraries.
Upload, proofread and quality-check digital content before publication.
Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Monitor website, paid media, social media and lead performance using GA4 and relevant platform analytics. Develop engaging marketing copy for digital campaigns.
Prepare monthly digital performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Analyse user behaviour, enquiry trends, campaign results, and digital funnel performance.
Benchmark digital performance against competitors and market trends where relevant.
Recommend practical improvements to campaigns, content, website journeys, and reporting processes.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Media Studies or a related field.
3-5 years' practical experience in digital marketing execution, preferably in a multi-brand or lead-generation environment.
Hands-on experience managing website content through a CMS.
Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads and conversion tracking.
Experience managing business social media platforms and content calendars.
Ability to interpret digital analytics and prepare performance reports.
Strong copywriting, proofreading and brand governance capability.
Experience working with agencies, suppliers or internal stakeholders to deliver digital campaigns.
