Job Summary:

Nxatel is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support its digital marketing and brand strategies. This role involves assisting with content creation, social media management, SEO, email marketing, event marketing, strategic partnerships, and public relations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, developing product comparison charts, and supporting pricing and product materials for sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management



  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).

  • Monitor and engage with the online community and influencers to enhance brand awareness.

  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms.

2. Digital Advertising & SEO



  • Support execution of paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.

  • Assist in keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic.

  • Analyze and report on ad performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.

3. Email Marketing & CRM



  • Assist in crafting and scheduling email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, or similar tools.

  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize email performance.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists.

4. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Implementation



  • Assist in launching new products and features by supporting GTM strategies.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product launches.

5. Events Marketing & Strategic Partnerships



  • Support Nxatel’s participation in industry events, webinars, and trade shows.

  • Develop and execute community engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

  • Assist in forming strategic partnerships for the Nxatel App through third-party integrations and collaborations.

  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and partners.

6. Product & Sales Enablement Support



  • Assist in developing product comparison charts to highlight Nxatel’s competitive advantages.

  • Support the creation of pricing sheets, brochures, and sales decks for the sales team.

  • Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure accurate and compelling messaging in all marketing materials.

7. Public Relations (PR) & Brand Management



  • Support PR tasks for the brand and directors, including drafting press releases and managing media outreach.

  • Monitor and manage Nxatel’s brand reputation through public communication efforts.

  • Assist in thought leadership initiatives, such as blog posts, interviews, and industry insights.

8. Analytics & Reporting



  • Track and analyze website, social media, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Zoho Analytics.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance.






Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or public relations.

  • Proficiency in social media management and digital advertising.

  • Strong research and analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.

  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, or similar marketing tools.

  • Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma.

  • Strong communication and writing skills for PR and brand messaging.

  • Ability to multitask and manage events, partnerships, and GTM projects.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in B2B marketing and SaaS marketing strategies.

  • Familiarity with third-party integration strategies for app partnerships.

  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital marketing automation tools.

  • Experience working with event planning and public relations.
