We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Graduate to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our marketing efforts, including social media management, lead generation, and research. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in the insurance industry's digital marketing landscape.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos. Monitor and respond to social media conversations, comments, and inquiries. Analyse social media metrics and provide recommendations for optimization. Lead Generation:
Collaborate with the team to develop lead generation strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue. Conduct research to identify potential leads and target audience segments. Assist in creating and optimizing lead generation campaigns using digital marketing tools and platforms. Monitor lead performance, analyse data, and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and industry best practices within the insurance industry. Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and share insights with the team. Provide recommendations based on research findings to optimize digital marketing strategies. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns. Support team members in day-to-day tasks and projects as needed.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques. Familiarity with social media platforms and their management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Creativity and a passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing practices.
