Job Description:The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role requires an in-depth understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Plan and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and more.Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.Qualifications:Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM.
