To help you think about where you would add value, here’s how we operate.

• Our Operations Machine is made up of Customer Support, Customer Success and Customer Data. This team ensures our customers are served exceptionally well and that our systems run smoothly at scale.
  


• Our Revenue Machine focuses on Sales and includes Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives. 
  


• Our Enablement Machine includes Finance, People, Founders Associates and Executive Assistants. This team enables the rest of the business to operate effectively and sustainably.
  


• Our Technology Machine is made up of Product Managers and Senior Software Engineers who build and continuously improve our platform.
  


• Our Jem Mobile Machine includes Operations Managers and the team responsible for running and scaling Jem Mobile.
  


• And finally, Jem X is our AI division, focused on building and implementing AI-powered solutions both internally and for customers.
