I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering company that is trusted for delivering precision-designed equipment and plant solutions. They’re currently seeking a skilled Draughtsperson to join their high-performance drawing office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create general arrangement, manufacturing, and calculation-based drawings from specs, sketches, and hand drawings
  
• Use the latest CAD software to deliver accurate and
  consistent designs
  
• Maintain well-organized archives of CAD and hand-drawn
  documents
  
• Control and update drawing registers, revision
  histories, and material lists
  
• Approve and expedite vendor drawings required for
  full manufacturing packages
  
• Meet KPI-driven deadlines and work within budgeted
  hours
  
• Resolve technical queries, contribute to standardization
  efforts, and maintain accurate time tracking
  

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Draughting Certificate
  

• Proven experience as a Draughtsperson in an engineering or manufacturing environment
  

• Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor)
  

• Strong attention to detail and methodical documentation habits
  

• Familiarity with QMS processes and document control systems
  

• Confident communicator able to handle technical queries and collaborate across teams
