We are looking for a Clinical Associate (Mobile Care Team) to join our amazing team.



Role Overview:



We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Clinical Associate to join our interdisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Associate at Quro Medical, you will provide medical care and management to patients in their homes. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.



Responsibilities:




  • Provide comprehensive medical care and management to patients served by Hospital at Home.

  • Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.

  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting the care plan as needed.

  • Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.



Requirements:




  • Qualified Clinical Associate with up to date HPCSA registration.

  • Prior experience in a hospital or home healthcare setting is preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in administering medications, treatments, and therapies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders.

  • Willingness to assist and support others, adapt to changing circumstances, and contribute to team goals.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules.

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for home visits
