Electrical Assistant ( [email protected] )

We are looking for an honest, hardworking young individual with a passion for the electrical industry to join our dynamic team as an Electrical Assistant. The company is based in Alberton. 

Duties will include:

* Assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance

* Fault finding and problem identification

* Working according to safety standards

* Supporting the team leader on site

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher)
• Sober habits
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the electrical industry
• Experience in commercial and industrial installations, maintenance, and COC background
• Have experience with DB boards, wiring, and installations (240V – 400V)
• Have knowledge of solar installations
• Basic knowledge of electrical fault finding
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Leadership skills to manage a team and site
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide clear feedback to management
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and willing to work on different sites
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance (OHS)
• Neat and professional work ethic

Salary:   Market Related
